Automatic glass cutting lines
To ensure the precision and efficiency of the production process, Valras is equipped with CNC glass cutting machines. This equipment uses advanced software to optimize glass cutting, reducing material loss and increasing productivity.

Production of thermal insulating glass
Valras has fully automated thermal insulating glass production lines, which include:
- Automatic washing and drying of glass sheets to remove impurities.
- Application of spacer rods and sealing with butyl and silicone for maximum energy efficiency.
- Automatic sealing with polyurethane and silicone
- Automatic filling with argon.

Safety glass
To produce safety and tempered glass, Valras uses safety furnaces equipped with digitally controlled heating and cooling systems. The tempering process gives the glass a superior mechanical and thermal resistance, essential for the safety of users in construction and furniture.

Complex and precision machining
VALRAS performs a wide range of processing to adapt glass to the most demanding requirements, using state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technologies. Through these processes, we guarantee a finished product of superior quality, adapted to the needs of each customer:
- Relaxation – elimination of internal stresses by grinding the edges for improved mechanical and thermal resistance, preventing the risk of cracks or breakage.
- MCM glossy edge processing – precision edge finishing for flawless aesthetics and increased safety.
- gap – making perforations with varying diameters for special applications, such as fixing hardware or integrating constructive elements.
- Faceting – process by which the edges are ground and finished at a certain angle, providing an elegant and refined design.
- Sandblasting - applying a matte finish, used for privacy or customized decorative elements.
- Special cutouts – the possibility of making customized shapes for architectural applications or glass furniture.
